Major Rajneesh Dhar is an alumnus of Officers Training Academy(Chennai), Bharti Vidyapeeth College Of Engineering(Navi-Mumbai),XLRI(Jamshedpur),Electronics & Mechanical Engineers School(Baroda) & Military College of Electronics & Mechanical Engineering (Secunderabad).       

He has been fortunate to witness operational service with the finest regiments of the Indian Army namely Grenadiers, Special Forces (Rashtriya Rifles) & Corps Of EME. During his tenure he participated in active counter insurgency operations and had the honour of serving at the highest battlefield on earth ‘Siachen Glacier’.He has also worked with world class organisations like Vodafone, Gartner, SISL Infotech, Hexagon & Axon in Leadership Roles.

Major possesses varied life experiences after spending four decades on this planet where he has travelled domestic & international alike. He has witnessed death & lows in life from close quarters only to rise again. He also has published a book titled “Living in the now : Living from moment to moment”. As the name suggests, the book is the philosophy that inspires Major Rajneesh personally. He is actively disseminating this message through his articles on LinkedIn under ‘Major.Talks’. Through ALA: Aanaira Learning Academy which is his bay, he is humbly working towards having the desirous minds live their life with Courage & Tranquility.
